"Jane and her team considered every detail. She sold our home within one day and higher than we ever expected. They were always helpful, professional, quick to respond, and supportive. We highly recommend using Jane!"

"8/22/2026 - I asked my friend for a recommendation for a real estate agent and she gave me Jane’s name. I could not have asked for a better agent to help me in this stressful process. Any open house I went to the real estate agent there knew who Jane was. Jane was always available to me for any of my questions or concerns. She was so knowledgeable about each house we looked at as well as the inspection, negotiations , etc. If you are looking for an agent who knows the area and the process inside and out I recommend giving Jane a call."

"The best. Not just a professional tending to business, a friend who cares about you and your family. This is the person you want when you have to make important decisions about buying or selling your home. Jane also has an excellent team working with her. You can’t do any better."

"Jane was amazing to work with during these challenging times for house hunting. Jane’s experience and knowledge is so helpful when trying to find the right house and set up. Plus she has an amazing team and network which makes the stressful home buying/selling process so much easier. We would recommend Jane to anyone who needs a realtor!"

"Jane came recommended by my childhood best friend and her family as we were in the the beginning stage of selling our home in GA to move to PA. After getting to know us over the phone and asking us great questions on what we were looking for in a home, she and her team went right to work. With this time in the housing market, it’s a sellers dream and a buyers nightmare. We were fortunate enough to stay with my mom as Jane purposefully and thoughtfully helped us search for our next home. We were tough clients for Jane and she always kept it professional and always offered great advice with the x amount of homes we saw. By the 5th offer, we finally were able to have our stuff moved from storage in GA to PA! Jane is someone you definitely want as your realtor. She is straight to the point, VERY knowledgeable of the areas, 20+ years experience, answered any questions we had and helped us think of things we never thought of, and wow her connections within the real estate business and anything home related is outstanding. After the move-in we had some challenges, she was still responsive in helping us out. Our 14 month old daughter loves Jane as well! THANK YOU JANE!"

"Jane was outstanding!! Highly recommend her- the best I’ve ever worked with on buying or selling a house; I recommend her for anyone in the market to buy or sell a property; first buy outside of home state and Jane guided us thru the search and negotiation and closing process in a smooth and professional manner. We were very comfortable throughout the process and Jane answered all questions and was very responsive to our inquiries."

"Jane’s handling of the sale of our house was excellent. She gave us an estimate of the sale price and a marketing plan at the first meeting for our approval and never deviated from it. She brought a team of professionals (stagers, filmmakers, vendors) to ensure the house was positioned correctly in the market. She was steady and supportive and showed great understanding of the stress on us caused by the sale. We sold it for 2.78% less than the asking price."

"Straightforward and Responsive. The procedure and process of settlement was by the book and very easy. Jane was very responsive and provided plenty of information that we needed about the house. She was a perfect mediator between seller and us as a buyer."
